For .co.th, .in.th, .net.th, .or.th, .ac.th, .go.th or .mi.th domain name registration must
comply with the following registration conditions of each domain name.

Your registered .co.th domain name must be the same as the company/organization name
or the abbreviation of the registrant and you must send a copy of Por Por 20 (Certificate of Value Added Tax Registration),
Tor Kor 0401 (Certificate of Company/Partnership Registration)
and/or other related documents to ThaiNIC™ at fax no. (662) 196-2065. |
| - .in.th |
An individual as well as a company/organization can register domain names under .in.th,
and must send a copy of ID card (if registered by individual) or a copy of Por Por 20 (Certificate of Value Added Tax Registration),
Tor Kor 0401 (Certificate of Company/Partnership Registration) and/or other related documents (if registered by company/organization)
to ThaiNIC™ at fax no. (662) 196-2065. Please note that a foreigner, who wants to register a .in.th domain name,
must have a legal work permit and reside in Thailand. To register a domain name with
a trade name/trademark please refer to 4. |
| - .net.th |
To register .net.th domain name, you must be an ISP (Internet Service Provider) only
and have authorization and certificate from CAT (Communication Authority of Thailand).

| - .or.th |
Your registered .or.th domain name must be the same as the organization name
or the abbreviation of the registrant. Registrant must be one of the following organizations :
foundation, association, NGO (Non-Government Organization), government organization
and government organization which could not register a domain name under .go.th. All
registrants of organizations above must submit documents or certificates that
certified by authorized or related organizations. These required documents or certificates
must show details of organizations' objectives, committee and location and send them to
ThaiNIC™ at fax no. (662) 196-2065.

| - .ac.th |
Your registered .ac.th domain name must be the same as the organization name
or the abbreviation of the registrant. Registrant must be school, university or educational/academic
institute and must send a certificate of organization establishment or certificate of
director of organization to ThaiNIC™ at fax no. (662) 196-2065.

| - .go.th |
Your registered .go.th domain name must be the same as the organization name
or the abbreviation of the registrant. Registrant must be ministry (krasuang or tabuang) or
department (krom) and must send a certificate of organization establishment to
ThaiNIC™ at fax no. (662) 196-2065.

| - .mi.th |
Your registered .mi.th domain name must be the same as the organization name
or the abbreviation of the registrant. Registrant must be military organization
which certified by the supreme commander office
and must send a certificate of organization to ThaiNIC™ at fax no. (662) 196-2065.

For .co.th, .in.th, .net.th, .or.th, .ac.th and .go.th you as domain administrative contact MUST REPLY to
the administrative contact confirmation mail from THNIC. Please
see details here.

A company/organization can register only one domain name with its official name under
.co.th, .net.th, .or.th, .ac.th or .go.th The company/organization, which has officially registered
trade names/trademarks, can register .co.th domain names with those trade names/trademarks.

4. |
A trade name/trademark can be registered as domain name under .co.th. The domain name
cannot be part of or abbreviation of the trade name/trademark. The translation of trade
name/trademark cannot be used. If the trade name/trademark is in Thai, you can register it
as domain name using its transliteration into English. You must send a copy of trade
name/trademark registration with Department of intellectual Property to
ThaiNIC™ at fax no. (662) 196-2065.
